  My family will definitely NOT be returning to this hotel. We recently stayed here with my mother. We had informed the concierge that we were expecting oxygen to be delivered as my mom needs it at night. It was not there when the concierge was leaving for the evening so he sent an email to the entire staff asking them to deliver it to our room as soon as it arrived. Someone on staff stuck it in a back room & never delivered it. When I asked to speak to the manager he said he was sorry & someone dropped the ball.
  This was completely unacceptable!! We paid nearly $800 to stay close to Universal Studios. My mother could not rest (or adequately breathe) & this was a terrible vacation. They offered us a fruit platter for our "inconvenience". I declined their offer & informed them that Oxygen is ESSENTIAL not inconvenient.
