  Buca is my favorite Italian restaurant. I enjoy the one in Kansas City, Minnesota, Upland, and Anaheim. But this one was my worse experience at a Buca. The lasagna lack cheese and sauce. Pretty dried out. Waiter, disappeared after serving food and was helped by another waiter for the rest of the night. I had to wait at least 20 minutes for my check. Won't stop going to Buca, just won't be visiting this one.
